Prices
All prices are in pounds sterling GBP (£).
Exclusive Egifts Limited reserve the right to change any prices
before you place an order.
Delivery
Delivery is to a single UK Mainland address and to the door step
only. You are responsible for providing assistance to bring the
table into the house.
Returns
In the unlikely event that your order is damaged, please retain
all relevant documentation so that we can make a insurance claim
against the carriers insurers. You must notify us by email, telephone
or fax on receipt of damaged goods and confirm in writing.
The Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000
1. Contracts for the purchase of goods by a Customer not acting
in the course of a business and made over the telephone or through
the Just Pool Tables website, or by mail order, are, with the exception
of certain excepted contracts, subject to The Consumer Protection
(Distance Selling) Regulations 2000 ('the Regulations').
2. If the Regulations apply, Customers may cancel goods purchased
from Just Pool Tables by sending a written notice of cancellation
by post or hand delivery addressed to Just Pool Tables, 43 Church
Farm Road, Emersons Green, Bristol, BS16 7BF or by fax to 0117 908
1017 or by e-mail to info@just-pool-tables.co.uk
3. The notice of cancellation must be delivered within 7 working
days of the day after date of delivery of the goods.
4. The Customer will be responsible for the cost of returning the
goods if he or she exercises this right of cancellation under the
Regulations. If the Customer does not actually return the goods
to Just Pool Tables, the Customer is under a duty to make the goods
available for collection at the Customer's expense from the address
to which they were delivered.
5. The Customer is under a duty to retain possession of the goods
whilst awaiting return to Just Pool Tables and to take reasonable
care of them during this period. The Customer will be liable for
any loss of or damage to the goods if he or she fails to comply
with this obligation.
The right to cancel does not apply to personalised goods or goods
made to a consumer's specification
Payment
We can accept payment by credit card / debit card,
(Visa, Master Card, Delta or Switch), for UK customers only.
Payment will be debited to your account before the dispatch of your
purchase.
All credit and charge card holders are subject to validation checks
and authorisation by the card issuer. If payment is not authorised
by the issuer of your payment card, we will not be liable for any
delay or non-delivery.
For payment by cheque, please make cheques payable to Exclusive
Egifts Limited with the order reference number on the reverse.
If you wish to order from outside the UK, please contact us using
the email or feed-back form on our 'contact us' page, and we will
then send you a personalised quotation.
Confidentiality
We will exercise all reasonable precautions to keep strictly confidential
all information supplied by customers. We do not supply your personal
information to any third party.
Statutory Rights
Your statutory rights as a consumer are not affected in any way
by our Terms and Conditions.
Law
All transactions undertaken through this website are governed by
English Law.
